AquaLife Terms & Conditions, Sale of AZOO Products
Disclaimer
Customer should acknowledge this terms & conditions before ordering from AQUALIFE.
Credit Card
All credit card charges will process on the day the customer’s order is being shipped. We accept VISA, MasterCard and American Express. AQUALIFE currently does not accept Discover.
Checks
All checks must be made payable to AQUALIFE. Orders will be shipped once check is received and cleared with the AQUALIFE accounting department. Bounced checks will incur a $35.00 fee that will be applied to the customer’s invoice. AQUALIFE will provide a revised invoice reflecting the additional fees and other applicable charges.
Net 30 Terms
AQUALIFE does not provide terms.
Special Orders
All special order items require a 50 percent down payment when ordered and the final 50 percent plus shipping fees, which will be processed the day of being shipped. Due to shipment scheduling, all special order items may take up to 5 months for delivery. AQUALIFE will notify buyers if more time is required.
Shipping
All shipments to customers are via FedEx and FedEx International. AQUALIFE will consider other shipping carriers (UPS, USPS or DHL) for best estimate rate for all shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.
Damages
Please contact AQUALIFE for any damaged items within 7 days of received goods. AQUALIFE will replace and ship replacements to its customers at no cost when notified within the 7 days, which includes non-business days and holidays.
Return of Products
Undamaged products may be returned to AQUALIFE for credit only. Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. A 15 percent restocking fee based on the returned items total will apply to the customer.
